Jennifer H. Rogal, LCSW

For the past decade I have specialized in helping individuals and families heal from eating disorders and trauma-related disorders, in addition to anxiety, depression, personality disorders, bipolar disorders, and OCD.

I take an evidence-based approach to therapy, combining the best of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy, all within a relational framework. This integrative approach allows us to address both the immediate challenges you're facing and the deeper patterns that may have developed over time. DBT and CBT provide practical tools to manage emotions, build coping skills, and shift unhelpful thought patterns, while Psychodynamic Therapy helps us explore the underlying influences from past experiences and relationships. By focusing on the therapeutic relationship, we can build trust and safety, allowing for meaningful change and long-term growth. Together, we'll create a personalized plan to support you in healing and developing healthier, more fulfilling ways of thinking, feeling, and relating to others.
